Our work together will be unique to who you are and your expressed need. Together we will look to uncover common patterns and the thread that connects your past to your present.

Individual Psychotherapy
Long term engagement addressing a broad range of issues. Relational focused, psychodynamic, attachment theory based, utilizing EMDR, mindfulness, and CBT interventions. Treatment plan development, complete psychosocial assessment and identification of needs, services and referral to additional providers, as needed, to create a comprehensive treatment team.
Parent Coaching
Taking a directive engaging dynamic providing parents with support focusing on the relational dynamics between parents and children, supporting parents in developing greater emotional regulation skills, education in understating developmental phases for separation and individuation of their children and strategies to support their children to thrive regardless of age - specifically focused on early adolescences through adulthood.
Counseling and Coaching
Direction oriented and or short-term approach generally used in my work with individuals around the country looking to explore non-traditional psychotherapy. The focus is on boundary setting, accountability, short term goals and active strategies.
Care Coordination
The purpose of care coordination is to ensure a continuity of care and a continuum of treatment that is sustainable and comprehensive. Care coordination involves a comprehensive collaboration with additional care providers, resourcing other support systems and offering accountability updates with ancillary providers. Additionally, it may include, when appropriate, communication with family members, home visits and family sessions.
EMDR:
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing is an evidence-based practice of therapy for the treatment of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and panic disorders. It is based on the premise that negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are the result of unprocessed memories. It incorporates bilateral brain stimulation through either: eye movement, sound, or tactile stimulation. EMDR is a very effective form of therapy that connects the Neocortex, Limbic, and Cerebellum brain systems to integrate, experience, and reprocess memories and beliefs. Ultimately it supports the individual to more adaptive cognitive beliefs and integrated, less reactive internal emotional response system.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy:
A form of psychotherapy where one explores the relationship between thoughts, behaviors and mood. As a result of this exploration and challenging undermining thoughts and behaviors, we strive to create change in undermining perceptions, distorted beliefs and improving emotional regulation.
Mindfulness:
A practice to become more aware of thoughts and feelings, noticing what we are thinking and feeling without judgement. The purpose of mindfulness is to cultivate awareness, respond rather than react to change habitual reactive patterns of behavior.
